SLII® – Powering Inspired Leaders

Successful leaders manage their team members situationally. This is the foundation for attracting employees, unleashing their talent, and inspiring them to peak performance.

Changes have accelerated at such a degree that micromanagement has long become a thing of the past. To be agile, we need to lead our team members situationally, so that they depend less and less on us and reach their goals in a self-reliant manner.

This means giving them what they need when they need it to be successful. When we lead them situationally, we clearly depart from leadership styles of the past, while we get much better performance in return.

As the result of our SLII®. Powering Inspired Leaders program, you will:
  • Accelerate development: Your people who are beginners or learners become pros faster.

  • Speak a common language: When leaders and their people speak the same language, there is less misunderstanding and frustration. They can also discuss delicate topics more easily.

  • Attract and retain talent: If you give people the style that they need to be successful, there will be less stress, and morale and commitment will improve.

  • Unlock creativity: When our people feel that we support them, they feel safe – and that is the foundation of innovation.

SLII is an easy-to-understand, practical framework. It helps your managers in diagnosing the development level (D) of an employee for a task, and identify the most effective leadership style (S) to help them succeed.

The program, which has won several international awards, is based on the latest research and instructional methodology of The Ken Blanchard Companies. The 2-day program is accompanied by a 12-week self-paced follow-up process, which helps integrating the skills into the daily leadership activities.

The SLII App is a go-to reference tool to help apply the SLII Model to real world situations. It can be used to diagnose the development level of our team members on a given task, and to receive suggestions on how to conduct a productive discussion in the given leadership style.

In addition, it shows the key messages of the SLII Model and specific tips on how to make the most of the training.

Flexible format
Classroom (offline) training

The trainer and the participants meet personally in the classroom.

Virtual (online) training

We hold the program on an internet platform (e.g.: Teams).

Classroom or virtual training, run by your facilitators

We provide training support, with which the trainer can hold the program for the company's employees.

Unique format: the first day of the training can be delivered as a self-paced e-learning course, in which case only a one-day classroom (or online) training needs to be organized. On one hand, this fits the schedule of the busy managers, and on the other, it helps optimizing the accommodation and food-related expenses.
