Clarity and alignment
Blanchard’s Leadership Point of View program invites the managers to a journey of self-discovery, where they identify the experiences that are at the root of their leadership values, and then share their own stories. Sharing their stories is a deeply personal experience, building a bridge between managers and their direct reports. They can do this in a learning group, of through individual coaching.
