“It’s like offline but with a camera, isn’t it?”
In 2020, most companies in this country were shocked when they suddenly had to switch to online communication platforms. For salespeople, face-to-face meetings vanished. And trainers felt like beached fish when they had to settle for stamp-sized faces instead of the magic of classroom interactions.
But online training and presentation methods have been honed around us for almost two decades, and good practices are available. In the absence of such practices, both salespeople and trainers tend to shy away from the online world, preferring to avoid it rather than really learning the ropes. This triggers a self-fulfilling prophecy: the experience will be mediocre on both sides of the camera, reinforcing the belief that the online world is “inferior”.
This need not necessarily be the case. Rather than avoiding online meetings, become a professional and indulge in them! This is also a great opportunity to differentiate yourself from the mainstream of the market.
Our Running Online Presentations and Trainings program focuses on the following areas:
The key to success (here too): attitude
Techniques are easy to learn, skills can be honed. As in most areas of life, success depends on attitude. Do we look at the online world as something we should avoid, or do we open ourselves up to the possibility that it can be as good and useful, or even enjoyable? Our attitude, and therefore our success, is decided in our minds.
We assume that you have the foundational skills
In this program, we do not teach general presentation techniques or training methodology. We focus specifically on the specifics of the online world – which is why the program is so concise and intensive.
Format:
In keeping with the genre, this program is offered exclusively online, as the best online practices cannot be taught offline.
