If our people cannot read us, it will be difficult to keep them. Our unique program helps clarify for ourselves and them, what kind of leaders we are. This helps to elevate our relationship with them to a qualitatively higher level.

Great leaders strike a balance between human relationships and results – even under high pressure – and make tough decision day after day. When they see the principles and values that guide their leadership clearly, they manage their people with more intentionality and credibility, and their people find it easier to align with them. And, when they share with their direct reports, what values guide and motivate them, they create engagement, trust and respect.

As the result of Blanchard’s Leadership Point of View program, you will:
  • Eliminate misunderstandings: It will become more transparent, how the leaders operate, what they expect and why.

  • Strengthen self-awareness: You clarify what experiences shaped you as a leader, which still inform your thinking and actions.

  • Improve relationships: People will feel that you are credible, real, human, to whom they can connect with confidence.

  • Improve loyalty: The supportive atmosphere and partner-like relationships create strong commitment towards the leader and the workplace.

Clarity and alignment

Blanchard’s Leadership Point of View program invites the managers to a journey of self-discovery, where they identify the experiences that are at the root of their leadership values, and then share their own stories. Sharing their stories is a deeply personal experience, building a bridge between managers and their direct reports. They can do this in a learning group, of through individual coaching.
